What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 1 ton. Different items can be combined using LCL (Less than Container Load).
Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples. However, the shipping cost should be covered by the buyer, which we will return after a formal order is placed.
How long does it take to finish an order?
Customized logos and packaging require at least 2 weeks. Orders for our existing brands typically take 7-10 days.
Can I request OEM & ODM services?
Absolutely. We provide full OEM & ODM services and offer a wide selection of items from over 20 sub-brands.
How should this wet cat food be stored?
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, please keep it refrigerated and consume within 24 hours for maximum freshness.
